  In 2017, I was working on my final year project one afternoon in the school's library when I heard a guy say to another guy "She doesn't respect you because you lack a strong frame". My initial reaction was to stare at the guy who was being spoken to, he was probably 5'9(I think), was dark and handsome, looked neat, and had a great physique. I was bamboozled by the statement as I thought this guy looks great, how could someone possibly say he lacks a good or strong frame. As usual, curiosity got the better of me and I decided to do research on the type of frame he was referring to.   Prior to my research the "strong frame" he referred to didn't have any particular definition just a lot of complex details, but trust me it was a life-changing research.   Once upon a time the word "Ho" was simply a word Santa Claus said three times after he snorts a bag of cocaine and crashes into a stranger's chimney by 2 AM on Christmas morning. However today in our urban world it means something different and let me tell you it has nothing to do with Christmas.
