NEVER CHOOSE COMFORT

The modern man fails to understand that Nature is not a friend to any man. It does not respond to you for the weight of response falls heavily on your shoulders. Welcome to the 21st century where man has become a cringing coward before the blind forces of nature.

The modern day man is a slave to his surroundings, he is unable to think or respond to nature. He finds comfort in being weak and a coward. He chooses to surrender to powerlessness rather than seek strength. The media has convinced the modern man that it is okay to be weak; from our favorite TV shows to our social media celebrities, they have all convinced us that nature will somehow tolerate weakness. I am here today to let you know that everything you have been taught should be dropped off. Nature is barbarous and vicious, it preys on the weak with every opportunity you give it.

When you choose comfort, you choose weakness. Nobody wants to be associated with weakness. When you are weak, you will lose your friends and your relationships, your family will be ashamed of you.

You must focus on eliminating your weaknesses. By nature, we all crave comfort. However, those who give in to these cravings will be eaten alive. They will be consumed by the abyss they have created. We all want a life where we do nothing and gain everything. But we know that this is not how life works. You must work relentlessly to starve your flesh from comfort.

Below are a few tips on how to overcome comfort. 


ENGAGE IN PHYSICAL DISCIPLINE



One of the highest causes of deaths around the world are health issues. In fact, the majority of the major causes of deaths around the world have been due to the lack of a healthy immune system. At some point in our lives, we eat literally every thing edible we can find and spend over 12-15 hours every day sleeping. Yet we are puzzled why death rates are always speeding up on the charts. Without going into too many medical details, if you have been a victim of this lifestyle, the best time to turn it around is now. You must start visiting the gym regularly and begin a new diet routine. Engaging in physical discipline is highly important as it is one of the hardest things to do. 


ENGAGE IN MENTAL DISCIPLINE 













For most people, this is the foundation of everything. Actions are first birthed as ideas before manifestation. 

Your mind is a sanctuary of millions of thoughts. For most people, they will tend to focus on thoughts that feed their flesh with excessive comfort. Unnecessary sleep, excessive TV watching, and other unproductive activities. As you engage in these activities, you train your mind to completely submit to leisure. If you fall into this category, you must free yourself from its chains before you are completely lost in its abyss. Instead, read books that help you self improve. Practice the art of meditation. From experience, I will tell you that meditation is no easy thing to do as it requires you to be free of any thought. However, to practice this, you can begin by doing it for a few minutes every day then increase your time gradually as you perfect it. 

In conclusion, no man should embrace comfort as a way of life. A man should bask in suffering for Discomfort brings enlightenment.

Anything worth acquiring is worth undergoing suffering for. Objects begotten without suffering seem devalued, which is why they don't bring fulfillment.

The joy of triumph can never be known in absence of suffering. Such victory is a loss.
